As president for 2017-2018, it is an honor and privilege to serve this organization and its members.  I am grateful for what our community has given us and I am inspired by the Foundations commitment to give back.  The foundation has evolved over time brnging its resources andinfludence back into the Rochester community through scholarships.  I thank each of you for your leadership, active participation, and inspired constributions.

The Board's mission is to raise scholarship funds for high school students that may not otherwise be able to attend schools such as Aquinas, Bishop Kearney, Our Lady of Mercy, Hope Hall and St. John Bosco.  These students enter our society with optimism and energy forgoing a better future with their innovation and knowledge.  Over the past 10 years, we have given over $733,000 to assist students with their tuition.

I am excited about our Boards' involvement with our fund raising events.  The three major events are the Reverse Raffle Dinner, Gala Dinner & Dinner Dance, and the Golf Tournament.

This year, we are working to create an informative book that will cover our exciting events and provide you with a list of students that have been recipients of the grants from our organization.

Sincere thanks to all of you that have agreed to support our events when asked.  Our non-for-profit board works diligently to make our events a success and we remain grateful for our existing sponsors.  We look forward to influencing others to join our mission.
